It’s the start of the hunting season, and every hunter is eager to return to the field. In my area, we start our hunts with doves, and after the birds, we move on to pheasants and partridges. Russian Doves: Brown or dark brown migratory doves, also known as Russian doves, originate from Serbia and Russia, migrating to various regions of Pakistan.. They visit twice a year. Their first visit is during the pre-breeding season of April and May, and the second occurs between June and August. Legally and ethically we only hunt Russian doves during September upon their return. Russian Dove Hunting: Hunts usually begin once farmers have harvested the wheat crops. The ideal times for these hunts are dusk and dawn. Hunters typically use two main methods to hunt them.
